The unique is the "mono-fruit" jam range of Confiture Parisienne. A homemade method with small amounts of cooking and the exclusive use of unrefined cane sugar.

The unique raspberry contains the best varieties of raspberries such as Willamette or Mecker, selected for their taste.

Composition:

Willamette or Mecker raspberries, unrefined cane sugar, lemon, natural pectin. 

Net weight: 250g / 8.82 oz 

Total sugar content 48%. Prepared with 64g of fruit for 36g of unrefined cane sugar.
