INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED

For the cake:
3 eggs
¼ cup milk
½ cup neutral oil

For the icing:
5 oz cream cheese
½ lemon’s juice

COMPOSITION

Carrot sponge cake mix (300g): Flour T80*, blond cane sugar*, whole Rapadura cane sugar*, dried raisins, walnuts, dried carrots (3%), baking powder (wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bitartrate) cinnamon*, sea salt from Ile de Ré.
Icing mix (55g): icing sugar*
Manufactured in a factory that uses nuts and sesame.

1- Pour the large baking mix in a large bowl and add the eggs and milk, mix, then add the oil and mix again.
2- Bake in a round cake mold (20-22cm) for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°F.
3- Meanwhile, prepare the icing: dilute the content of the small baking mix with the lemon juice then whisk it gradually with the cream cheese.
4- Let the cake cool down, unmold it and cover it with the fresh icing… Yum yum, enjoy!
