A recipe 100% organic, healthy, tasty, and crispy! A mix of seeds and dried fruits, to which you will only have to add honey and brown a few minutes in the oven. The granola becomes crispy while cooling and can be stored for one month in an airtight container.

PREPARATION

Preparation time: 5 min

Cooking time: 10-15 min

INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED

7.05 oz honey + facultative: 2 tbs oil

DESCRIPTION

Oats flakes*, seeds (14,6%)* (sunflower*, pumpkin*, brown flax*), dried fruits (13%)* (walnuts*, hazelnut*), puffed rice*, sea salt from Île de Ré. 
May contain traces of sesame.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Pour the mix into a large bowl. add the honey (and the oil) and mix to combine.
3. Spread out on an oiled baking sheet.
4. Bake for 5 min at 350°F then mix and bake for another 5 to 10 min until the mix is golden-brown.
5. Let it cool on the baking sheet. The granola will become crispy while cooling. Pour it in an airtight jar (then it can be kept for 3-4 weeks).

You can replace the honey with maple syrup or agave syrup. For a no sugar added granola, replace the honey by ½ cup of applesauce or juice and bake for 10 min more.
