The unique is the "mono-fruit" jam range of Confiture Parisienne. A homemade method with small amounts of cooking and the exclusive use of unrefined cane sugar.

The unique fig uses the best varieties of black or purple figs selected for their taste and from French cultures (mainly from Var). 

Composition: 

Figs from France, unrefined cane sugar, lemon, citrus pectin. 

Net weight: 250g / 8.82 oz 

Total sugar content: 57%. Prepared with 60g of fruit for 40g of unrefined cane sugar.
