For a Sunday tea time or a gourmet breakfast, Marlette has developed a delicious gluten-free cake recipe. The Rapadura sugar used in the preparation adds delicate notes of licorice and caramel. For an even more delicious cake, Marlette recommends adding seasonal fruits or some dried fruits.

INGREDIENTS TO BE ADDED
½ cup butter
½ cup milk
Brown rice flour *, Rapadura cane sugar * (24%), blond cane sugar *, arrowroot flour*, potato starch*, tapioca starch*, baking powder*, xanthan gum, Ré Island salt.
Produced in a factory that uses nuts and sesame.
INSTRUCTION OF USE
1- Pour the contents of the baking mix into a large bowl.
2- Add the melted butter, milk and eggs. Mix to combine.
3- Pour the batter into a loaf pan (7.9" x 3.15") and bake for 35 min.
For a gourmet treat, add dried fruits or chocolate chips.
Dairy-free option: Replace the milk with a dairy-free substitute (rice, soy, almond, etc) and the butter with vegetable or coconut oil (75g / 2.65 oz)
